How your inquiry is handled

Who is responsible

What the form stores

• What you type: name, company, email, WhatsApp number, project type, budget range and project description.
• A Client ID (for example AS-0001) and the date and time you sent it.
• A scrambled (hashed) version of your network address, kept for at most one day, only to stop the form being flooded by bots. It cannot be turned back into your address.

Why

To read your inquiry, reply to you, and keep track of the conversation and any project that follows. Your details are not sold, rented or used for advertising.

Where it is kept

• A database run by Supabase, in its Ireland (EU) region. Only the studio owner can read it.
• A copy in a private Google Sheet used for the studio's client list, run by Google.
• This website is hosted on GitHub Pages. The page also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your browser's request for them.
• If you choose "Continue on WhatsApp" or "Send via Email", the message goes through WhatsApp or your email provider under their own terms. Nothing is sent to them unless you press Send there.

How long

For as long as the conversation or project needs it, and for a reasonable period after for records. Inquiries that lead nowhere are archived or deleted.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete what is stored about you at any time by emailing maani1pk@gmail.com with your Client ID or the email you used. Deletion removes it from the database and the sheet.
