Frequently asked questions

The notes feel early or late

Open Settings and tap Calibrate timing (tap to the beat): tap along with the beat and the game adjusts timing for your device. Wireless headphones add delay, so calibrate again whenever you switch between speakers and Bluetooth.

The notes are too fast

Lower the note speed in Settings, or pick the Relaxed or Easy difficulty. Practice mode lets you play a song without failing.

How do I unlock more songs?

Earn stars on the songs you have, or spend coins in the Shop to unlock a song early. Coins come from playing, daily missions and the daily reward. There are no in-app purchases.

Will I lose my progress?

Progress is saved on your device only; there is no account. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data deletes progress, and it cannot be restored by us.

Can I replay the tutorial?

Yes: Settings ▸ Play the tutorial again, or How to play on the main menu.

Ads and privacy choices

BandPulse is free and shows ads: from Google AdMob in the App Store and Google Play versions, and from HUAWEI Ads (Petal Ads) in the HUAWEI AppGallery version. You can change your ad consent at any time in Settings ▸ Ad privacy options, and on iPhone you can allow or deny tracking in iOS Settings ▸ Privacy & Security ▸ Tracking. Details are in the privacy policy.

Does it work offline?

Yes. The whole game plays offline; ads need an internet connection.
